Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your history, and what you hope to work on. You don’t need to prepare anything — just come as you are.
Yes. All sessions are offered through secure, HIPAA‑compliant telehealth. You can join from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Most sessions are 50-60 minutes. Intake sessions (first session) usually are 60 minutes.
Most clients meet weekly or bi‑weekly, depending on their needs and goals. We’ll decide together what feels supportive and sustainable.
I am in‑network with a few select insurance providers. Please inquire to see if I am paneled with your plan. If I am not in‑network with your insurance, I can provide superbills that you may submit for possible out‑of‑network reimbursement.
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the information your insurance company needs to process out‑of‑network claims. Many clients receive partial reimbursement, depending on their plan.
