My interest in mental health began after the birth of my first daughter, when I experienced postpartum depression and didn’t realize what was happening to me. For a long time, I thought something was just wrong with me—until I learned the truth and began to understand myself with more compassion. That experience changed everything. I dove into education, training, and healing so I could support other moms and women through their own journeys.
While I’m trained to work with people from diverse backgrounds, women’s mental health will always hold a special place in my heart. That’s why I created this practice—to offer care that’s tailored to the unique needs of women at all stages of life.
I’m a bilingual therapist, born and raised in Chile, and later trained in the U.S. I bring cultural sensitivity, lived experience, and deep empathy to the work I do.
