Now accepting new clients!
Understanding the therapeutic approaches I use helps you get a sense of what our work together might feel like. Each approach offers a different pathway for healing—whether it’s exploring thoughts, connecting with emotions, or understanding your inner world. Knowing these methods can help you feel more informed, empowered, and confident as you choose the kind of support that feels right for you.
I use CBT to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and practice new skills that support clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful change.
Mindfulness helps clients slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and respond rather than react. I integrate grounding practices, breath awareness, and present‑moment reflection to support calm, self‑compassion, and nervous system regulation.
EFT guides individuals and couples in understanding the deeper emotions and attachment needs beneath conflict or disconnection. This approach helps clients create safer emotional patterns, strengthen communication, and build more secure relationships.
IFS helps clients explore and understand the different “parts” of themselves—protective, wounded, reactive, or resilient. By building a compassionate relationship with these parts, clients experience more inner harmony, self‑leadership, and healing.
